Val Edward Kilmer (born December 31, 1959) is an American actor.
Originally a stage actor, Kilmer became popular in the mid-1980s after a string of appearances in comedy films, starting with Top Secret!
In 1986 his A-List status was solidified after Val landed the role of Iceman in Top Gun which went on to earn more than 0 million worldwide.
Some of his other notable movies include Tombstone, Heat, The Doors and Batman Forever.
Kilmer has also starred in several other films including The Island of Dr.
